Role ResponsibilitiesThe selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the launch of partner programs from inception to completion, ensuring clear objectives, SMART goals, strategies, and timelines are established for introducing Pontera to newly partnered wealth management firms.
- Engaging regularly with partners to foster support for collaborative marketing initiatives, while building and maintaining robust relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations, including Marketing, PR/Communications, and Relationship Managers.
- Contributing to the development of Pontera's Advisor Ambassador program by establishing connections with advisor partners and co-hosting webinars to share best practices and promote platform adoption.
- Utilizing data analytics to identify and prioritize marketing opportunities, assess campaign effectiveness, and align with business objectives regarding advisor and end-client engagement.
- Creating and executing marketing campaigns aimed at increasing Pontera platform utilization among existing partners, leveraging various channels such as email, SMS, advertisements, newsletters, and event marketing.
- Testing marketing automation processes to develop scalable programs applicable across partner firms.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve campaign objectives, including business development, content creation, lifecycle marketing, design, communications, and revenue operations.
- Organizing and co-developing marketing materials, including sales presentations, webinars, case studies, and whitepapers to support partner marketing efforts.
- Monitoring and analyzing marketing campaign performance metrics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to evaluate the success of webinars and partner marketing initiatives, demonstrating measurable outcomes in terms of learnings and key performance indicators.
- Staying informed about the wealth management sector and best practices in partner marketing, while working with management to continuously enhance personal skills as the team evolves.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of experience in channel or field marketing within the financial services industry, with a focus on wealth management being advantageous.
- Strong comprehension of financial advisory firms and their marketing requirements, with the capability to devise strategies that resonate with target demographics.
- Analytical mindset for tracking partnership marketing initiatives, creating efficient and scalable programs, and achieving measurable return on investment.
- Excellent project management abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment and maintenance of relationships with partners and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in crafting compelling marketing copy.
- Proficiency in utilizing marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, marketing automation software, and analytics tools.
- Compensation: $130,000 to $140,000 annually
