Position Overview
This role is situated within the Premier Accounts division and plays a crucial part in facilitating customer inquiries related to service and re-roofing requests. The Accounts Manager is tasked with overseeing the work order process from the initial customer contact through to invoicing and accounts receivable.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Proven experience in customer service
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Strong time management capabilities
  • Ability to perform under pressure
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Familiarity with Viewpoint
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Knowledge of Adobe or Bluebeam
  • Competent in Word
  • Understanding of various customer portals
  • Experience with Box
Essential Functions
  • Receive and process customer notifications
  • Cross-reference records to verify accounts receivable and site information
  • Create work orders in the system, including warranty purchase orders and not-to-exceed amounts
  • Update customer portals as necessary
  • Inform relevant departments of newly created work orders
  • Communicate with customers regarding any deficiencies found and repairs conducted
  • Educate customers on warranty versus non-warranty repairs
  • Manage invoicing for manufacturers (warrantied) or customers (non-warranted repairs)
  • Coordinate with local departments on invoice amounts and projected margins
  • Adhere to invoicing standard operating procedures and digital asset management protocols
  • Generate weekly and quarterly revenue reports and analyses
  • Coordinate efforts with Salesforce and Viewpoint
  • Meet customer expectations consistently
  • Assist in training and mentoring staff on account procedures
  • Collaborate with Aging and Collections teams
  • Notify customers of estimated arrival times
  • Track work order creation against estimated arrival times and analyze discrepancies
  • Maintain communication with customers, team members, and other departments
  • Occasional responsibilities outside of standard hours to address urgent requests
Work Environment
An office environment is available, with opportunities for hybrid work arrangements.
