As the Account Manager, you will drive growth and profitability within your assigned accounts or region. You will establish professional relationships, meet sales targets, and work towards advancing life-changing therapeutics.
What you will do:- Own the customer relationship and represent the full Cytiva portfolio.
- Create and implement account-specific business plans, including goal setting and developing relationships.
- Lead the account team through the sales cycle, building strong relationships based on trust and loyalty.
- Identify key decision-makers and serve as the primary point of contact between customers and Cytiva.
- Achieve sales goals, prepare proposals, and utilize Salesforce.Com for sales funnel management.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree.
- Demonstrate strong sales skills, business planning, and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., SFDC) and willingness to travel when required.
- Bachelor's degree in a life science field.
- Ability to work in a team environment and sell to various levels within customer organizations.
- Knowledge of Cytiva products and services, and high-level presentation skills.
