Job Overview

The Customer Engagement Specialist will act as the initial point of interaction for attendees at sporting events. This role is essential in delivering outstanding service to guarantee that event operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare parking facilities for event activities
  • Verify parking credentials and manage payment transactions
  • Guide attendees with directions within parking areas
  • Exhibit a strong customer service focus
  • Understand and enforce venue regulations and information
  • Address and resolve any issues that may occur during events
  • Communicate effectively with relevant parties to ensure flawless execution
  • Perform additional tasks as required
Required Qualifications
  • Proficient in operating technological devices
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Capable of sitting or standing for prolonged periods
  • Willingness to work under challenging conditions, including exposure to vehicle emissions, high noise levels, confined spaces, and various outdoor weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow, wind, etc.).
