  • Effectively promotes tailored OTF memberships and studio offerings

  • Welcomes members and guests warmly, creating a friendly and positive atmosphere
  • Maintains precise records utilizing established OTF sales systems
  • Conducts sales and follow-up calls with ease
  • Leads studio previews for potential members and fitness program participants
  • Diligently follows the daily studio cleaning checklist (pre/during/post) shift activities
  • Keeps the lobby and front desk area organized and tidy
  • Proactively reaches out to potential clients and current members to boost memberships and enhance retention
  • Responds promptly to member inquiries and concerns
  • Accurately processes onboarding documents for new members
  • Collaborates closely with the Fitness Team to ensure a seamless onboarding and member experience
  • Attends and engages in all relevant OTF training programs and team meetings
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • A positive mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for health and wellness
  • Strong presentation skills with a commitment to making a difference in lives
  • Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
  • Exceptional customer service skills, both in-person and over the phone
  • Previous sales experience with proven sales capabilities (experience in a quota-driven environment is highly preferred)
  • Basic computer skills required – familiarity with MS Office programs
  • High school diploma is mandatory.
