You will adeptly establish rapport while collecting and assessing information regarding their property.Additionally, you will document your findings and set qualified appointments before transitioning this opportunity to your in-market colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitates meaningful interactions with potential sellers
Establishes rapport and poses questions to gather property details
Adapts to various seller communication styles, encouraging discussions about their properties
Approaches sensitive topics like motivation, pricing, and expectations with warmth and directness
Employs critical thinking to evaluate information and make qualifying decisions in real-time, guided by the Rebuilt Sales Process and available Sales Support resources
Records and conveys vital information obtained from potential sellers to ensure a seamless transition to Market Manager colleagues
Prioritizes working hours to address urgent opportunities first, then shifts focus to other essential tasks such as lead follow-up or locating property owners
Engages in follow-up and nurturing of all leads
Conducts research and assesses market and property data from various sources
Analyzes diverse data points to make informed qualifying decisions for Rebuilt
Proficiently utilizes systems, platforms, and scheduling tools to advance opportunities
Aims for ongoing professional development in real estate and sales effectiveness
All other duties as assigned
Position Requirements:
2+ years of experience in customer service, contact center, or sales roles – preferably in real estate, retail, or entrepreneurship
A real estate license is advantageous
A genuine desire to assist individuals, coupled with the confidence and determination to navigate challenges, guide conversations, and achieve results
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects, adapt to frequent changes, and follow through on issues promptly
Skilled in research and communication
Strong verbal and written communication skills to relay important information across teams
Familiarity with Excel, including basic formulas, pivot tables, and limited report creation
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, along with effective internet research, organization, and communication abilities
Decisive and capable of executing tasks under pressure
A commitment to learning and growing within a financially stable and reputable, high-growth organization and industry
Ability to work in a hybrid schedule
