Salon Reception Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated individual to manage our front desk operations at the San Francisco Institute of Esthetics and Cosmetology. As a key member of our team, you will be the welcoming face of our establishment, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet clients and notify staff of their arrivals.
- Handle incoming calls and assist clients in scheduling appointments via phone and email.
- Process client check-outs and facilitate future appointment bookings.
- Optimize the workflow of the salon team to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the reception area and throughout the salon.
- Oversee retail product inventory, including order preparation and receipt.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong customer service orientation, whether in person, over the phone, or through email.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- A positive and proactive attitude, adaptable to varying levels of activity.
- A polished appearance suitable for a modern, upscale environment.
- Punctuality is essential; consistent lateness is not acceptable.
