Job Title: Sales and Business Development Specialist

ColdSnap is a revolutionary company that is changing the frozen treats industry with its innovative, on-demand frozen confections maker. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new clients through various methods, including cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Demonstrate the ColdSnap system to potential partners and customers to showcase its technology and products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing exceptional service and support.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new business opportunities and strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and/or customer-service related field, with a focus on B2B sales and vertical markets such as offices, sports venues, healthcare/hospitals, car dealerships, hotels, and senior living.
  • Strong sales and/or customer service and support skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding metrics and sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to understand and present complex concepts clearly.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools, such as HubSpot.
