Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer to join our team and help us expand our market presence. As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial landscaping and holiday decor sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry partners.
- Create and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare and present proposals and contracts to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
- Track and report on sales performance and business development activities.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
