Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at SERVPRO of Alafaya. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing customers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales quota by executing the sales cycle, setting up closing appointments, and maintaining assigned contact lists
  • Participate in professional associations, host lunch-and-learns, and promote continuing education (CE) courses
  • Maintain existing customer relationships and build new ones by educating them on the benefits of SERVPRO's services
  • Compile and maintain decision maker information and identify top prospects to develop into clients
  • Provide owners and sales and marketing managers with regular updates and insights on sales performance
Requirements:
  • A minimum of two years of progressively responsible business-to-business sales experience
  • Proven track record of sales and marketing success in the service sector
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with a process-and-results-driven attitude
  • Experience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry is preferred
  • Working knowledge of current business software technologies is required
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience
