Job Title: Sales and Business Development Associate

Wolters Kluwer Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Associate to join our team. As a Sales and Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth within the TeamMate Americas Business Unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve assigned sales targets and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Prospect and qualify new business leads, and build relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
  • Present the value proposition of the TeamMate Suite of Solutions to prospects and customers, and overcome objections to close deals.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the TeamMate Suite of Solutions, as well as industry trends and competitive solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics in CRM.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of sales and business development experience, preferably in a software/SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of sales process and methodology.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as CRM software.
