Sales Growth Opportunity

SNI Companies is seeking a Sales Growth Specialist to drive revenue expansion in the Orlando, FL area. This is a direct-hire opportunity with a focus on interviewing and onboarding a new team member soon.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Experience in Sales: 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation is preferred.
  • Revenue Generation: Actively research and identify opportunities within assigned accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Prospecting: Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to connect with potential leads.
  • Qualifying Leads: Assess both inbound and outbound leads by understanding their needs and aligning them with company criteria.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential clients by providing valuable insights and tailored solutions.
  • Other duties: As assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in B2B sales, SaaS, or tech environments is a plus.
  • CRM Management experience
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish - preferred
Education:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

  • MUST be able to pass a full background and drug-screening
