Compensation: Pay: $15/hr - $20/hr DOE

What You Will Do:
As the initial point of contact for our office, the ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and a strong focus on customer service. The Receptionist will engage with clients daily, manage a multi-line phone system, oversee incoming mail, and maintain the organization of common areas, along with other responsibilities outlined below. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for advancement.
- Welcome and direct visitors appropriately.
- Handle incoming phone calls and route them to the correct recipients.
- Manage office supplies and groceries, placing orders as needed.
- Send and receive mail and other correspondence.
- Maintain a log of all mail and correspondence.
- Open and close the office daily.
- Ensure a safe and clean reception, kitchen, and meeting areas by adhering to established procedures and regulations.
What You Will Need:
- High School Diploma required
- College Degree preferred
- Prior experience in a receptionist role
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Effective time management skills with the capacity to organize and prioritize tasks
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to work well in a team
- A willingness to grow and embrace new challenges
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
