The Role
We are on the lookout for an exceptional Client Engagement Coordinator to join our dynamic Dallas team.

Your Responsibilities:
Your primary focus will be to partner with our brokerage team to ensure exceptional client experiences through our advanced database management systems.
You will oversee and maintain the schedules of broker partners, proactively following up with outstanding communication to confirm project specifics and appointments.
Furthermore, you will support transactions that involve numerous moving components and collaborate with various internal team members and external stakeholders.
A particularly enjoyable aspect of this role is embodying the Hughes Marino culture within our Dallas office.
Your responsibilities will also include managing our pristine office environment through administrative tasks and planning & executing engaging team events.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of experience in a professional setting required.
- No prior commercial real estate experience necessary.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Bachelor's degree required (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
