We are currently in search of a detail-oriented and proactive Client Success Coordinator to enhance our vibrant team. This position serves as a foundational role, paving the way for advancement to a Client Success Manager position. The selected candidate will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to cultivate the necessary skills for future growth.

Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success professional with a solid background in client services, property management, or project management, particularly within the multifamily real estate sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, facilitating onboarding processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a seamless transition to our platform.
  • Maintain accurate client data within our systems.
  • Generate and manage client invoices in accordance with specific billing requirements.
  • Support the compliance team with administrative tasks, including license management and document tracking.
  • Address basic client inquiries regarding their accounts and claims.
  • Collaborate with the Client Success team on various initiatives and projects.
  • Exhibit a team-oriented mindset, ready to assist in diverse areas as needed.
  • Adapt to a dynamic startup environment, embracing a versatile role.
  • Engage in continuous learning to enhance personal and team success.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or data entry, preferably in the multifamily or SaaS industries.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to embrace new challenges.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a startup environment.
  • Background in property management.
  • Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi, ResMan, Entrata, RealPage, or AppFolio.
  • Understanding of Tenant Liability products and services (training provided).
