Position Overview
We are seeking a Client Engagement Manager to spearhead client relations and business growth initiatives for our engineering and specialized field services aimed at municipal clients within the water, wastewater, and stormwater sectors across the Midwest.

Key Responsibilities
The responsibilities of this role encompass:

  • Collaborating with regional leadership to formulate strategic sales and market development initiatives.
  • Implementing marketing strategies that drive successful sales of our services and corporate objectives.
  • Leading client and market development activities within a designated area.
  • Formulating client engagement strategies and pursuit plans for various infrastructure clients.
  • Preparing and delivering tailored technical proposals for new business opportunities.
  • Working collaboratively with Project Managers, technical experts, and the marketing team.
  • Representing RJN at regional and national conferences and trade shows, including submitting abstracts and presenting.

Client Interaction
Engage with potential clients through direct communication, site visits, and participation in industry events.

Professional Involvement
Become active in local professional organizations relevant to the industry.

Essential Qualifications
Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Exceptional public speaking and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively.
  • Understanding of technical information and engineering services.
  • Experience in the underground infrastructure sector is preferred, along with a Professional Engineering license.
  • Strong time management abilities to meet deadlines and adapt to changing demands.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, social media, and presentation tools.
  • A collaborative spirit, comfortable working in diverse teams.
