Job Overview

Key Responsibilities of the Client Engagement Specialist:
  • Assist current clients by addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Develop a network of new clients by organizing and planning daily outreach to both existing and potential customers.
  • Tailor sales presentations to meet the specific requirements of each client.
  • Concentrate efforts on analyzing current clients and identifying potential referrals.
  • Keep management updated by submitting activity and results reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly performance analyses.
  • Suggest improvements in products, services, and policies based on performance evaluations and market trends.
  • Address customer complaints promptly by investigating issues, formulating solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Maintain historical records by documenting sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Support team objectives by achieving related results as necessary.

Education and Experience Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; a BA/BS degree in marketing, advertising, or business administration is preferred but not mandatory.
  • One to three years of experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
  • A valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are necessary.
  • Ability to obtain relevant licensing as required.
