Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Property Manager. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for assessing customer storage needs, making suggestions, and selling packing and moving supplies. You will also perform daily storage unit inspections, audit cash drawers, and make bank deposits. Additionally, you will help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have experience in customer service centered sales environments, such as retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service-based companies. You must also have a valid driver's license and utilize your own vehicle to travel between different work locations and/or while conducting other work-related business. Mileage reimbursement is available.

Estimated Salary: $13.00 Per Hour
