Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Specialist III, Customer Relations to join our team in Durham, NC. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a related field, preferably in sales, customer service, or an office environment. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer business processes, interacting with third-party customers, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and meeting contractual obligations.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet customer needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain reports to track customer interactions and sales performance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to drive business success.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
