Job Title: Assembly Process Development Engineering Technician

Analog Devices, Inc. is a global leader in semiconductor technology, bridging the physical and digital worlds to drive innovation at the Intelligent Edge. We're seeking an Assembly Process Development Engineering Technician to support our Prototype and Space Products manufacturing areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Process Development Engineers to develop and maintain processes and equipment used in the manufacture of complex microwave and millimeter wave electronics.
  • Facilitate the smooth transition of development projects into manufacturing by developing and demonstrating manufacturable processes.
  • Support the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment, including automated and manual assembly equipment.
  • Work with Development Engineering personnel, fellow Technicians, and Prototype Assembly Specialists to execute project plans, collect data for analysis, and ensure high-quality products.
Requirements:
  • High school or equivalent, associate degree preferred.
  • 3-10 years' experience in electronics manufacturing process support.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions, interpret equipment manuals, and process documentation.
  • Working knowledge of automated processing equipment and Microsoft Office (Excel), Minitab statistical software, and AutoCAD.
