About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Lockheed Martin Corporation as a Manufacturing Engineer, specializing in Hybrid Assembly. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient assembly processes for microwave hybrids, ensuring high-quality products that meet our stringent standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop assembly processes for microwave hybrids, including substrate and die epoxy attach, wire bonding, and seal/hermeticity testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, reducing costs and increasing productivity.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process procedures and training materials.
  • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Investigate and resolve hardware failures, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or manufacturing.
  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with a focus on hybrid assembly.
  • Strong understanding of assembly processes, including epoxy attach, wire bonding, and seal/hermeticity testing.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
