About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solar Construction Manager III to join our team at IEA Constructors LLC. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for directing and managing the overall construction project(s) from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and manage the construction project team to ensure timely completion of projects within budget and scope.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to meet client requirements.
  • Coordinate and oversee the activities of construction workers, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment expenses.
  • Ensure that all projects are completed in accordance with company safety and procedural policies.
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Seven years of experience in solar or EPC construction industry, with a minimum of three years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction techniques, estimating, and construction management principles.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
