Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in pool construction, management, and leadership.
  • Proven track record of success in managing teams and driving business growth.
  • Strong knowledge of pool construction processes, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
