About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Solar Construction Manager III to lead our construction projects and ensure their successful completion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for directing, planning, and managing the overall construction project from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the entire construction project, including planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of construction workers, supervisors, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work meets the highest quality standards and is completed on time and within budget.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact the project.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all construction work is carried out in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 7 years of experience in the solar or EPC construction industry, with a proven track record of successful project management.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of construction workers and supervisors.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, estimating, and construction management, with the ability to apply this knowledge to lead complex construction projects.
