- Demonstrated experience in solar residential and commercial construction management and leadership of people (5 years at mid to senior level)
- Demonstrated experience in solar residential and commercial service
- Journeyman or Master Electrician License
- Fundamental project management, budgeting, and expenditure control
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, detail-oriented, reliable, analytical
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Strong planning and coordination skills
- Bachelor's Degree: Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering
- Proficiency in Apple products and iOS
- Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds unassisted and over 50 pounds with assistance
- Capable of safely climbing ladders and being on roofs
