We are in search of a part-time Operations Coordinator to assist in the expansion of our copywriting agency. The ideal candidate will focus on enhancing internal processes, onboarding clients, and facilitating communication to ensure our team of copywriters has everything they need to deliver high-quality marketing copy promptly.

IntegrateUp specializes in crafting compelling sales copy for digital brands, including marketing funnels, email campaigns, and various other marketing materials. With a growing client base, we are eager to expand our team to cater to the increasing demand for our services. Professionalism and adherence to established processes are paramount to our success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard agency clients and follow up to ensure they provide necessary assets for copywriters to complete projects; manage contracts and invoicing.
  • Oversee all client projects to guarantee that copywriters have the resources needed to meet deadlines and project milestones.
  • Develop accountability metrics, project milestones, and KPIs to keep the team informed and on track.
  • Identify and eliminate obstacles to ensure timely project completion.
  • Ensure adherence to proven copywriting frameworks during the creation of marketing materials.
  • Participate in weekly project reviews to assess progress and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Conduct daily check-ins to monitor project status and resolve issues promptly.
  • Provide updates to the CEO as required.
  • Audit and streamline internal processes to enhance efficiency and facilitate timely project delivery.
  • Keep clients informed about their project status to maintain confidence in progress.
  • Follow up with clients to evaluate the performance of marketing materials and identify additional needs.
