Job Summary

The Client Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to policyholders of Property & Casualty insurance. This includes answering questions, interpreting policies, explaining coverage, and resolving concerns. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well independently and on a team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Answer questions, interpret policies, explain coverage, and resolve concerns for policyholders.
  • Liaise with Insurance Companies: Act as a liaison between customers and insurance companies to answer questions, promote opportunities, and resolve concerns.
  • Upsell and Cross-Sell: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell existing clients.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Property & Casualty License: A Property & Casualty license is preferred, but not required.
  • Customer Service Experience: 1+ years of customer service experience is required.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are required.
