Print Support Specialist - Fleet Manager

Rose International, a leading provider of innovative solutions for businesses, is seeking a highly skilled Print Support Specialist - Fleet Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our clients. As a Print Support Specialist - Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for managing fleets of business document output devices, ensuring maximum uptime, utilization, and user satisfaction while minimizing costs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain fleets of printers, copiers, and fax machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Manage inventory and device service, including ordering supplies and coordinating maintenance and repairs.
  • Assist site team members in developing and implementing site operations, including training and support.
  • Utilize TRAC, FMAudit, Oracle, and other tools to track and analyze fleet performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide semi-annual executive overviews of emerging business printing technology and industry trends.
Requirements:
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project/program management, with a track record of success in customer service.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Basic knowledge of printers, multi-function printers, and multi-function devices.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience managing large-scale fleet implementations.
  • Knowledge of TRAC, FMAudit, Oracle, and other fleet management tools.
Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position that requires regular travel to client sites within a 15-mile radius. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
