About the Role
Fidelity TalentSource LLC is seeking a skilled professional to support the identification and routing of customer-supplied documents. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in facilitating downstream processes by accurately identifying and classifying documents, as well as reviewing them for completeness and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and route customer-supplied documents received through various input channels, including central scan, remote scan, and electronic.
- Classify documents based on customer and transaction-specific data, ensuring accurate routing by business partner, transaction type, and priority.
- Perform in-good-order (IGO) and not-in-good-order (NIGO) reviews of customer-supplied transactions, adhering to complex and dynamic business partner-specific rules.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless document routing and processing, meeting tight deadlines and prioritizing multiple tasks.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in transaction processing within a professional, fast-paced corporate environment, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and entrepreneurial problem-solving skills, with ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong customer service skills, with ability to navigate multiple applications and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
