Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the boxing and unboxing of equipment as part of the refurbishment process.
  • Conduct inspections of computer systems and interpret order specifications to prepare hardware for shipment.
  • Assist in the installation of hardware components, including memory, graphics cards, and storage devices.
  • Load necessary software packages, including operating systems and client-specific applications, onto computers.
  • Execute commands and monitor system functions to ensure proper operation and connectivity.
  • Diagnose issues related to hardware and software systems.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Adhere to safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and equipment operation.
  • Participate in technical training sessions and stay updated on advancements in hardware and software.
Qualifications:
