As our Partner Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of self-service and mid-market partners, including agencies, consultants, and other technologies. Your primary objective will be to drive partner activation, engagement, and revenue growth through high-volume engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of self-service and mid-market partners
  • Drive partner activation, engagement, and revenue growth
  • Implement and optimize partner onboarding processes
  • Provide partners with necessary tools, resources, and support
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns
  • Utilize partner management platforms to track partner activities and manage pipeline

In return for your hard work, Fundraise Up offers a competitive salary of $125,000, with an estimated base salary of $93,750. You will also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including 15 days of vacation, 7 company holidays, 3 floating holidays, and 5 sick days. Additionally, you will have access to a 401(k) plan with company match, FSA Spending Account, and 100% Company-paid short-term disability, long-term disability, basic life insurance, and AD&D.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or related roles, preferably in the SaaS or nonprofit technology sector. A strong understanding of partner relationship management and enablement strategies is essential. Excellent project management skills, proficiency in using partner management platforms and CRM systems, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required.
