Parker Jewish Institute for Health Care and Rehabilitation is a leading non-profit healthcare facility located in New Hyde Park, NY. We are seeking a highly skilled Family Liaison to join our dedicated team of professionals in Social Work.


The successful candidate will perform rounds of the facility, greeting families and offering assistance where needed. As a key point of contact, they will serve as a liaison between the family, the patient/resident, and the rest of the care team.


Job Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent; College Degree preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills required
  • Prior experience working in a hospital, nursing home or healthcare background a plus
  • Fully Vaccinated against COVID-19

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per annum
