Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our Strategic Sales Team in Los Angeles. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, evangelizing our Nexxen DSP platform, and expanding awareness of our end-to-end offering to local advertisers and ad agencies. This is an outstanding opportunity to have a significant impact on our business and contribute to our continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all tactical sales and client management responsibilities for your book of business
  • Drive revenue growth through proactive selling of our end-to-end technology solution
  • Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and build long-term, reliable relationships with agencies and direct clients
  • Cultivate and nurture connections with marketing agencies and brands
  • Oversee sales forecasting tools and reporting
  • Collaborate with local Trading and Account management teams to achieve client goals
  • Communicate effectively with external partners, clients, and internal stakeholders
Requirements
  • 2+ years of outbound sales experience in programmatic digital advertising
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue expectations
  • Understanding of the Adtech ecosystem, including DSP, SSP, DMP, ad network, ad exchange, ad server, SEM platform, or other online advertising technology
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to speak with C-level clients
  • Established network of relationships with decision-makers at brands and independent advertising agencies in the local area and in the region
  • Accustomed to building own processes to hold yourself accountable in sales cycle
  • Strong team player and ability to succeed in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Confidence in negotiation skills
What We Offer

Nexxen offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $115,000, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, 401(k), EAP, parental leave, discretionary time off, and company-paid holidays.
