Job Summary:

Rose International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues, providing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Perform light administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as assigned.
  • Participate in company and community service events, demonstrating a commitment to our values and mission.
  • Responsible for the timely updates of company phone and speed dial lists, Brag Board, and Company Calendar.
  • Assist with various tasks as needed, including envelope labels, compiling manuals, and other administrative duties.
  • Responsible for ordering, maintaining, and distributing promotional items for the Promotional Store.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a corporate setting, with a focus on administrative support and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in computer software and systems, including Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
