Located in a picturesque area, PAAM features a modern two-story facility equipped with six studios designed for optimal performance, complete with engineered dance floors and ample natural light.

OUR MISSION:

Driven by a profound love for the arts, we offer extensive training in theater and dance, alongside programs such as Youth Musicals and BAYPAC Intensive Training Programs. Our goal is to empower young artists with a comprehensive arts education, fostering both skills and confidence.

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are in search of a proactive and adaptable Administrative and Studio Assistant. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in problem-solving and are passionate about supporting a vibrant workplace.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Administrative Duties:

  • Manage schedules and coordinate meetings.
  • Prepare necessary reports and presentations.
  • Oversee office supplies and inventory management.

2. Human Resources Support:

  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Prepare onboarding materials and staff gifts.
  • Support HR initiatives and employee engagement activities.

3. Travel Coordination:

  • Arrange travel logistics including flights and accommodations.
  • Prepare detailed itineraries and manage expenses.

4. Event Coordination:

  • Organize company events and social gatherings.
  • Manage logistics and vendor relationships for events.

5. Front Desk Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner.
  • Handle phone inquiries and manage the reception area.

6. Merchandise Management:

  • Collaborate on the design and distribution of company logo gear.
  • Oversee inventory and ordering processes.

7. Gift Procurement:

  • Design and manage the procurement of staff and onboarding gifts.
  • Ensure timely delivery of gifts.

8. Marketing Support:

  • Assist in drafting and distributing press releases.
  • Support advertising and sponsorship outreach efforts.

9. Performance Tracking:

  • Monitor outreach efforts and event success metrics.
  • Provide regular updates on various projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in administrative and team support roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
  • Experience in travel booking and event planning is preferred.
  • Creative skills for designing promotional materials.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • A positive attitude and proactive problem-solving approach.
  • A genuine passion for working with youth and appreciation for the arts.
