Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to a designated group of clients.
  • Gain familiarity with the top 10-20 products and 30-50 key clients.
  • Understand the product offerings from various production sectors within the organization.
  • Receive, assess, and input customer specifications into our records, ensuring thorough review and approval by production and quality assurance teams.
  • Engage in weekly meetings focused on customer service improvement.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Maintain consistent and dependable attendance.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree or coursework in biology or chemistry is preferred.
  • Possess a minimum of one to two years of experience in customer service.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
