Job Summary

Global Jupiter is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Solutions Leader to join our team and drive business growth in the utility sector. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that positions Global Jupiter as a leading provider of real estate and facility services to utility companies.

You will lead the sales strategy, client cultivation, and proposal development for clients in the utility sector. This role will own the design and processes that develop a clear client value proposition and help clients realize maximum value from Global Jupiter's core services in real estate advisory, facility management, program management, project management, transaction management, technology, and financing.

The selected candidate will have a proven track record of success in commercial sales or consulting focused on the utility sector, with a strong understanding of the industry dynamics and trends. You will be responsible for developing a clear 1-3 year business plan and actionable pipeline to drive profitable growth, identifying and leading client cultivation, pursuit strategy, and execution, and overseeing the proposal development process for client expressions of interest and formal proposals.

This role requires a strong ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex business and legal documents, as well as advanced financial and analytics skills to run commercial models and pricing. You will be a critical integration point between Global Jupiter team members in sales, operations, marketing, legal and risk, and sector leadership.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of successful track record with commercial sales or consulting focused on the utility sector, with a proven successful sales track record to the utility industry, previous people management and leadership experience, and a bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
