MDM Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Sterimed Inc. - Ridgeville. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and developing our sales strategy in the North American market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth
- Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development
- Proven track record of success in sales or business development
- Strong understanding of the medical device industry and sterilization packaging solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
