Regional Sales Director, New England

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the New England region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, mentoring and developing our Territory Managers, and delivering market insights and analysis to our leadership team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth
- Coach and mentor Territory Managers to achieve sales targets and develop their skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Education, Inside Sales, Marketing, and Human Resources, to promote cohesion and synergy
- Utilize sales systems, such as CRM and IANOS, to identify areas of opportunity and drive sales growth
- Manage expense and discount budgets to established guidelines
- 5+ years of sales experience in high growth corporate markets
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record
- Superior organizational, analytical, and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven capability with Microsoft Office applications
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree, MBA preferred
