Job Opportunity: Business Development Manager

Green Street Advisors LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through client acquisitions from named account groups within the debt and lending sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Account Development: Identify and prioritize named accounts within the debt and lending community, including banks, credit unions, insurance companies, private lenders, and other financial institutions.
  • Client Acquisition: Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, leveraging your expertise in debt/lending market and services to articulate value propositions and address client needs.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing named prospects, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory developments within the lending community.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and customer success, to ensure alignment of sales efforts and sales targets.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales roles, with a focus on the debt/lending industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets in a B2B, subscription business.
  • Deep understanding of competitive CRE lending products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales productivity tools.
