Responsibilities will include processing payroll, running reports, and maintaining data integrity in our HRIS system. The HR Coordinator will also support the administrative aspects of HR policies and processes, including paid and unpaid leave, benefits, and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Process semi-monthly payroll, including auditing time tracking
* Run reports in HRIS to ensure data integrity and support Finance, HR, and leadership team needs

* Maintain personnel files, including updating position descriptions and supporting posting positions
* Support vendor relations and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

Requirements:

* 1-2 years of experience in Administration, Operations, Human Resources, or a related field
* Deep resonance with the mission and values of AACRE, including a commitment to social justice, equity, and civic engagement
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to prioritize and problem solve with grace and integrity

Preferred Qualifications:

* Nonprofit or social justice experience
* Cultural competence working with diverse Asian American and Pacific Islander communities
* Society for Human Resource Management Professional (SHRM-CP) certificate or similar experience
