RIS Payment Optimization Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of analysts in developing and maintaining a comprehensive list of feature requests for RadNet, ensuring seamless communication with RadNet Operations.
  • Communicate and update current systems developments to upper management and RIS Optimization Analyst, fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration.
  • Inspire creativity and diligence among the RIS Optimization team, driving innovation and excellence in all aspects of our work.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to rigorously test and implement new features, bug fixes, and software upgrades, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Delegate tasks strategically to employees, empowering them to work towards innovative and creative solutions.
  • Communicate changes and opportunities regarding applications and systems across the organization, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Lead Analysts who conduct training sessions for RadNet Management, downline training, and communications, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires, IT teams, and acquisitions.
  • Advocate for new features and processes, driving business growth and efficiency.
  • Lead and coordinate support for customers and employees during software upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations.
  • Lead the evaluation, analysis, and calculation procedures associated with financial responsibility, driving business acumen and decision-making.
  • Drive the development of tools and software to enhance financial analytics, providing actionable insights for business growth.
  • Attain proficiency in RadNet Applications and systems, contributing to innovative solutions with existing features and promptly resolving system issues as they arise.
  • Regularly advocate for maintenance features for RIS, as well as initiatives such as Utilization Management and Online Portals, ensuring our systems remain cutting-edge.
  • Regularly monitor and analyze the RadNet application and systems, investigating findings, and promptly resolving issues to ensure optimization.
  • Optimize workflows and craft job aids to enhance operation efficiency, streamlining our processes and reducing waste.
  • Share information effectively and provide appropriate direction, consultation, and recommendations to employees, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
  • Understand and articulate initiative requests for efficient handling and resolution, ensuring our team remains agile and responsive.
  • Consistently deliver analytical reports and communicate findings to relevant team members and management, driving business growth and decision-making.
  • Provide support and coverage for insurance and patient responsibility at the time of accuracy, ensuring our patients receive exceptional care.
  • Effectively communicate information and provide appropriate guidance, consultation, and recommendations to personnel, fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Management experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with radiology processes and software is preferred.
  • College education in a related field is preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office is necessary.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Meticulous and self-motivated.
  • Problem-solving skills are a must.
  • Skilled in analyzing intricate data and systems for informed decision-making and strategic planning.
  • High level of proficiency and demonstrated effectiveness in problem determination and resolution.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred.

Travel: Approximately 20% of the time.
