This role is great for anyone looking for opportunities to expand their knowledge and follow a clear career path.Your new roleWithin your new role, you will be working on high profile and market leading transactions - of up to 20 billion. You will have the opportunity to gain some wide-range experience, all while covering all core areas of transactional work. Some of these will include, but are not limited to corporate deals, private equity, clean-tech, distressed debt, turnaround transactions, and restructuring. You will support younger members of the team and ensure all work is complete to the highest standard in a timely manner. On top of that, you will work closely with clients as well as members from the Private Equity team.What you'll need to succeedIn order to succeed, you will have previous experience and good understanding of Transactional Tax. Knowledge of Infrastructure Tax is preferred but not essential. You will have experience of managing staff and enjoy working with a team of people.What you'll get in returnThis is an attractive proposition with a very clear path to Equity Partner (looking to bring another two Partners through in the next 1-4 years).
