Director, Field Sales

Holland America Line is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Field Sales to lead our Western Region sales team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a regional strategy that optimizes opportunities across our assigned account base, establishing strong and enduring partnerships with core agencies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of business development managers and representatives to meet and exceed assigned sales targets in excess of $100M in net ticket revenue.
Develop and execute a regional strategy that optimizes opportunities across our assigned account base, establishing strong and enduring partnerships with core agencies.
Foster and support an organizational culture that inspires and enables each team member to excel in their sales mission.
Oversee the Western Region sales team, ensuring annual sales objectives are met and exceeded.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
10+ years of experience in related roles, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a fast-growth, disruptive company/sector.
Strong command of Holland America Line and Seabourn products, with the ability to travel frequently to assigned accounts within territories.
Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions, with excellent communication and team player skills.
