Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at IMAGINiT Technologies. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for leading, directing, and motivating a team of outside sales professionals to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies designed to meet revenue objectives and exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with professional services teams and other internal partners to deliver high-quality products and services to customers.
  • Manage sales representatives' activities by evaluating territory needs, preparing and participating in sales calls, and approving proposals.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in technology.
  • 5 years of B2B sales management experience, preferably in a front-line position selling services and products.
  • High-level understanding of sales management, sales leadership, and the customer life cycle.
  • Proven ability to develop a sales region.
  • Ability to travel regionally as needed.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com.
Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $115,000 - $190,000, depending on experience and performance. The company also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, and tuition reimbursement.
