Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at ROCS Grad Staffing. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the corporate front desk, answering phones, and responding to voicemails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist the HR and Events Operations teams with various administrative tasks, including email management and mail distribution.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including the reception area, conference room, and kitchen.
  • Order office supplies, copiers, and other necessary materials to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Assist with updates to company spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Perform other general office and administrative duties as needed.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of previous administrative experience in an office environment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong customer service focus and excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent writing, punctuation, and grammar skills.
  • Organized with excellent attention to detail.
