Role Summary:
LinTech Global, Inc. is seeking an Information Security Specialist to enhance our cybersecurity initiatives. This role is pivotal in formulating and implementing security protocols and strategies to safeguard organizational assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enforce security measures to protect sensitive information.
  • Collaborate with government security custodians to deliver comprehensive IT and COMSEC support.
  • Manage cryptographic equipment and ensure its proper operation.
  • Oversee the maintenance of secure video teleconferencing systems.
  • Support secure voice over IP communications.
  • Assist in fulfilling tenant COMSEC requirements and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
  • Maintain and organize COMSEC materials and documentation as directed.
  • Conduct audits and inventories of COMSEC assets as necessary.
  • Foster relationships with supporting COMSEC accounts through regular reporting.
  • Distribute COMSEC equipment to various sub-programs as needed.
  • Provide training and support to custodians within the local team.
  • Perform self-assessments and spot checks in line with COMSEC policies.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures related to COMSEC.
  • Report incidents and security breaches promptly as per established protocols.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in identity management.
  • A minimum of five years of related experience in cybersecurity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 0365, Microsoft Project, and GitLab.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with a logical approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in high-pressure situations.
  • Experience in collaborative, team-oriented environments.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with ACAS, McAfee Antivirus, Mac OSX, JAMF, and Risk Management Framework (RMF).
  • Knowledge of Public/Private Cybersecurity Policies and secure application development practices.
  • Understanding of OWASP standards.

Certifications:

  • An IAT II Certification is required.
  • A Secret Clearance is mandatory.
