Key Responsibilities:
- Process all release of information requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure accuracy and provide customers with the highest quality product and customer service
- Call physicians' offices to obtain DOS and scan requests into EMR and HS
- Sort and file medical records while assisting patient walk-ins
- Protect patients' right to privacy by ensuring authorized access to medical information and compliance with HIPAA regulations
Requirements:
- Previous medical record experience is a must
- High school diploma or GED verification is required
