Work Schedule:

This position requires availability for full-time or part-time shifts during overnight hours, specifically on weekends. Typical shift hours are from 7 PM to 5 AM, with the possibility of shifts extending beyond the scheduled end time.

Compensation:

The pay rate for this role is $16.00 per hour for the Overnight Patrol Officer position, with other unarmed security opportunities starting at $15.00 per hour.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Possession of a D License and/or G License.
  • Maintaining a clean driving record.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Ability to conduct both vehicle and foot patrols, ensuring proactive engagement and alertness.
  • Comfortable addressing resident concerns and collaborating with local law enforcement when necessary.
  • Capable of effectively managing resident issues while supporting property management.
  • Strong verbal de-escalation skills.
  • Ability to complete 30-50 quality patrol stops each night, including thorough report writing.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Successful completion of background checks and drug testing.
  • Reliable transportation is essential.
  • Completion of training modules within the first month of employment.
  • Strong organizational, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Commitment to professionalism and company values in all interactions.
  • Ability to lift equipment weighing up to 20 pounds.
