About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our Dice Sales, Services, and Support team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating revenue for our Commercial Accounts business, directly contributing to DHI's bottom line. You will own and manage your book of business by acquiring net new clients and inactive accounts for our Small Market Commercial Accounts segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets set by leadership
  • Create strategy to drive and sell new business
  • Follow a consultative sales methodology to position all our products and services to help potential prospects and inactive accounts achieve their hiring goals
  • Convert new business from leads driven by marketing, sales development, networking, as well as through cold calling to exceed your quota goals
  • Forecast expected monthly results accurately

Requirements
  • Entrepreneurial, disciplined, and results-driven, start-up mentality
  • Experience hunting for new prospects and customers with an ability to sell solutions to customers
  • Ability to work in a team atmosphere
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products and experience with a CRM system, preferably Salesforce
  • Energetic and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling to technical recruitment teams inside commercial organizations is highly desirable
  • SaaS sales experience is a plus
